Random small ceramic wizard

Small wizard figure . ceramic wizard like creatures sculpted from clay.
I call them sprites meaning small magical creature.

It will be more unique, as very often I play with the designs and finishes and as such they are to varied to continuosly photo and list.

Very little is known about these small beings. Known only as Sprites they are a mystery even to the mysterious. Shy little creatures, or possibly people, (as it is yet another unknown,) they are said to possess magical powers. These powers are rumoured to be linked to their favorite color which shines from within altering their surroundings. Their spells vary from conjuring up the like of creatures, portals or whiskey, starting storms, changing the seasons, creating illusions and even vanquishing demons. Which is ideal as whisky portals and magic often lead to trouble. They are almost undetectable by any mortal means. Sometimes a mortal can catch a glimpse if the angle of the light is right and cats and dogs are said to be able see floating light. Sighting have soared recently, Which is believed to be due to the rain in Ireland as many Sprites have taken to wearing robes and pointed rimmed hats preferring comfort over camouflage. After all, if a getaway is need, A sprite need only run off in the nip.

Material
These are hollow slab, pinch and sculpted Ceramic Earthenware . Created using various clays and Glazed in various colors. Each piece is unique and handmade by myself here in Ireland. All are fired at least twice in the kiln, first to around 950 degrees and then to 1080 degrees or more for the glaze. Some times the temperature varies depending on the clay and finish.
